Your tasks:

You are the contact person for your customers and candidates and represent NEO. You communicate at eye level and continue to expand your network.

You are responsible for the entire placement process, from acquisition and the search for suitable candidates to the conclusion of the contract and follow-up support.

You act as an entrepreneur in the company. Acquisition of new customers from medium-sized businesses to DAX companies as well as intensification of existing customer relationships.

You specialize in a specific field to become a market expert in the shortest possible time. You will find the right candidate for each project of your clients from the life sciences, as well as related industries (e.g. pharma, biotech, medical technology, chemistry, etc.).

Your profile:

Completed studies or training with initial work experience or a comparable qualification.

Strong communicator in German and English.

High level of self-motivation and perseverance as well as a proactive, goal-oriented approach and a talent for persuasion.

Fun and interested in human resources, management and sales.

Openness and charisma, and hungry for success.
