Success based processing

We provide our services in advance and work on a success basis, which means that we do not incur any costs for our consulting and services in the search for candidates throughout the entire process until they are deployed. In return, we receive an ongoing commission *(in the case of placement of temporary resources) or a one-time payment in the case of placement in permanent employment.*(on each hour worked by the resource deployed and settle this as an all-in rate (€ rate of the resource, neo-€ margin, incidental costs, etc.) on our contractual basis with the customer.
